By Registering and Paying on this site you are CERTIFYING that you have insurance and that you understand you must maintain insurance for the registration to remain valid.
The new 'Shopping Cart' combines gathering the Registration info with Payment into one streamlined process. We only ask for information we do not already know from past years. All we ask is that you tell us what we need to find your historical data. We are not mind readers, but we try. Help us where you can... As before, you can also add Water, Sewer and Service Corp payments to your cart and Check Out only once.
For now, all e-Payments go through PayPal for processing, including Credit Cards. In the future we hope to offer direct bank transfers (ACH) from your bank to ours. More on that as we get closer.
You can also Register but pay off-line by mail or in person.
Water bills are on a calendar year basis and are due beginning January 1. Payments not received by May 1st go overdue and a penalty is assessed.
On-lot Septic Tanks are inspected once every 5 years but homeowners pay $20 each year to cover the cost. The $20 fee is billed on a calendar year basis and are due beginning January 1. Payments not received by May 1st go overdue and a penalty is assessed.
Users tied into the Lakewood STP ONLY do not pay this $20 fee but instead are billed monthly ($46.77) for public sewage.
Service Corp dues are billed on a calendar year basis and are due beginning January 1. Payments not received by May 1st go overdue and a penalty is assessed. These funds are collected by the e-Pay system but go to the Service Corp and not the Borough.
